3. Planning positioning and investment promotion

The business structure of community business is generally set at a rate of 40% for shopping, 30% for catering, and 30% for other services. Different communities may differ according to factors such as the distance from commercial centers, professional streets and large supermarkets, the spatial form of the community, the status of transportation networks, and the level of consumption of community residents.

In order to make the commercial street more dynamic, the principle of attracting investment should avoid competition in the same industry and promote complementary operations. Of course, this requires consideration of the commercial characteristics of different formats. However, how many and what grades are needed will be determined by the location and community level of the community.

4. Business model

The disadvantages of using commercial shops in the sale of shops: Most of the small owners who buy shops are not commercial operators. The purpose of buying shops is to wait for high prices to sell or lease high-priced businesses, regardless of the brand strength of the latter, whether the service content corresponds to the taste of the community and market needs.
